Two Hurt In Explosion

An explosion at a commercial vegetable oil plant in Humboldt Park has seriously injured two, according to published (http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2009/07/possible-explosion-at-west-side-building.html) reports (http://cbs2chicago.com/local/5.Ambulances.Sent.2.1089950.html). The building is in the 800 block of N. Albany, an address that the Trib reports belongs to Columbus Foods Co. The chemical explosion resulted in five ambulances and a hazardous materials unit responding to the call.
