Green City Market will be packed this evening on a picture perfect night for grilling and BBQ as they host their annual chef's BBQ (http://www.chicagogreencitymarket.org/calendar/event.asp?id=36&monthToView=1&dayToView=16). The BBQ brings together a Justice League of chefs making dishes using food procured directly at the market. Food tends to go fast and furious here; they've actually run out of some dishes at previous incarnations. Get there early.
In addition to the food, specialty cocktails will be served by Wirtz Beverage Group mixologist Peter Vestinos, BOKA's Dan De Oliveira and Josh Pearson of Sepia using Death’s Door Gin, Templeton Rye whiskey and Casa Noble tequila. North Shore Distillery will also be on hand with some nifty libations.
